Den Addition

 

This project originally started out as a wooden deck upgrade and was changed by the request of the customer to become a maintenance free concrete patio, inwhich it was upgraded again to a covered patio.  By the end of the project and a few change orders later, the space was completed as a 528 square foot closed-in addition. 

 

The features in this room are:

• Eight foot ceiling

• Four foot by eight foot closet

• Security Sensors

• Plenty of electrical outlets

• Cable jack for satelite

• Interior thirty-six inch six panel solid wood door

• Exterior thirty six inch steel double bore entry door w/ steel security door

• (2) Ceiling fans w/ light kits

• Nylon short loop carpet floor covering

• (1) Outside convenience outlet near entry door 

• (1) Night light adjacent to new entry door

• (1) Security light install under overhang
